Which is best for me?

Perky Booty recommends the light resistance band for HIIT workouts and the medium or heavy resistance band for strength workouts.

For individuals starting out on their fitness journey with resistance bands, we recommend you to start with the light band and progress on to medium and heavy. The bands target and isolate specific muscle groups that are not regularly used. Following this guidance will enable those muscles to develop without injury.

Short resistance band length = 44.5cm

Long resistance band length = 104cm

Our fabric bands are all made to the same length but resistance is added to the material to increase the difficulty.
